Soil type: Clay and sandy, dotted with limestone

Variety: Malvar old vines (Over 80 years old)

Maturation: 50 days in French oak barrels

This wine is made from old vines (more than 80 years old) as part of the collaborative project to rescue and protect DO Mondejar vineyards.
